Learn how to make रताळ्याचा किस - Grated Sweet Potato Sabzi also known as Ratalyacha Kees at home with Chef Sonali on Ruchkar Mejwani.

We know Sweet potatoes as a super food because they are packed with nutrients. They are a rich source of Vitamin A, and a good source of vitamin C, vitamin B6, potassium, and manganese. This steamed and mashed sweet potatoes as one of the first solid foods. By the time you want to feed, they would have thawed and reached room temperature.

Ingredients:-
3 Sweet Potato
2 tbsp Ghee
1 tbsp Cumin Seed
2 Green Chillies (Chopped)
1/2 Cup Peanut (Crushed)
Rock Salt
1 tps Sugar
Coconut


Method:- Take 3 Sweet Potatoes, washed, peeled and grated thick.
After grating it, wash 2-3 times in water. Drain water completely.
The pan is heated add 2 tbsp Ghee, Let the ghee become hot.
Ghee is heated, to that we'll add 1 tsp Cumin Seeds. Let the Cumin Seeds temper. Add finely chopped Green Chillies. Saute this well.
To that add the grated sweet potatoes and 1/2 cup of ground peanuts crushed. Add rock salt as per taste. Add 1 tsp Sugar and some grated Coconut. Mix all of this very well and cover it. And let it cook for 5 minutes. once the sweet potato is cooked and it has separated well. Serve it with some grated coconut on the top.
