With Japan piling retaliatory trade restrictions on South Korea, both countries are preparing to hold their annual trilateral summit with their other neighbor, China.
A senior Blue House official said Monday... the date is being arranged.
The South China Morning Post, citing Kyodo news agency, had reported the day before... that the summit is likely to be held in the Chinese capital in December.
Seoul and Tokyo are working to hold the meeting despite their trade tensions,... and the question is whether they will be able to find a breakthrough to resolve their dispute.
