On Monday, Home Minister Amit Shah introduced a resolution in the Rajya Sabha stating that not all the clauses of Article 370 of the Constitution will be applicable in Jammu and Kashmir. After the announcement of Amit Shah, there was a huge uproar in the House .. In the Rajya Sabha, BSP leader Satish Chandra Mishra has said that his party will support the Central Government on the decision to remove Article 370 from Jammu and Kashmir.

गृह मंत्री अमित शाह ने सोमवार को राज्यसभा में एक संकल्प पेश किया जिसमें कहा गया है कि संविधान के अनुच्छेद 370 के सभी खंड जम्मू कश्मीर में लागू नहीं होंगे. अमित शाह के ऐलान के बाद सदन में जोरदार हंगामा हुआ.. वहीं राज्यसभा में बीएसपी नेता सतीश चंद्र मिश्रा ने कहा है कि उनकी पार्टी जम्मू-कश्मीर से अनुच्छेद 370 हटाने के फैसले पर केंद्र सरकार का समर्थन करेगी.
