A mass shooting in El Paso, Texas took 20 lives and injured 26 others on Saturday.
Based on the shooter's manifesto that he posted online, authorities are treating the incident as a hate crime.
On Sunday morning, Texas Lieutenant Governor Dan Patrick made a "Fox & Friends" appearance to discuss the shooter's motives.
Patrick suggested that apart from being an anti-immigrant hate crime, other factors may have motivated the shooter.
