In the time leading up to Easter, you'll find Easter eggs, Easter bunnies, and Easter chicks everywhere. If you want to get in on the fun, but prefer to add your own DIY touch and do it on a budget, you'll love these 3 easy Easter decorations made of concrete that will brighten up your home.

1. Easter Bunnies

You'll Need:

- cement mix
- copper wire
- yogurt container
- pliers
- acrylic paint
- paintbrush
- hot glue gun
- felt-tip marker

Here's How:

1.1 Cut off a piece of copper wire and use a pair of pliers to form rabbit ears. Place the ears in an empty and clean yogurt container.

1.2 Stir the cement mix with water, pour it into the yogurt container, and smooth out the top. Let the cement harden and by the next day, you can easily pull your concrete bunny out of the container.

1.3 Decorate your Easter bunnies with paint and a felt-tip marker and glue a pompom to the back for a cute bunny tail.

2.3 Peel the eggshells off the concrete.

3. Fancy Egg Cups

You'll Need:

- yogurt container
- oil
- cement mix
- 1 egg
- box cutter
- masking tape
- spray paint

Here's How:

3.1 Make two markings on the inside of an empty, clean yogurt container with a felt-tip marker. The first line should be 1 inch from the bottom of the container and the second line should be 1½ inches from the bottom of the container.

3.2 Grease the yogurt container with oil and pour in prepared cement until it reaches the lower marking.

3.3 Grease the bottom ⅔ of an egg with oil and press it down into the cement until the top of the egg is even with the higher marking.

3.4 Once the cement has hardened, cut the yogurt container open with a box cutter. Remove the egg and tape off the concrete bowl, leaving a ¼-inch clearing at the top.

3.5 Spray paint the untaped section of the concrete bowl and let it dry. Your fancy egg cup will be ready in no time!
