You'll Need:
- 1 loaf of bread (24 slices)
- 4 tbsp butter to grease the sheet pan
- 4 tbsp butter to brush on the bread
Hawaiian Toast:
- 5 slices of ham
- 6 slices of cheddar
- 3 pineapple slices
BBQ Pulled Chicken Sandwich:
- 2 chicken breasts
- BBQ sauce
- 5 oz shredded Monterey jack
Egg, Avocado & Brie Breakfast Sandwich:
- 1 avocado
- 3 eggs
- 5 oz brie
Cheesesteak Sandwich:
- 10 oz steak, cut into strips
- 5 oz bell peppers
- 6 slices of mozzarella
Here's How:
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F and prepare the toppings. Cook the chicken breasts and shred the meat once they have cooled down. Halve and core an avocado and cut it into strips. Fry three eggs on both sides and slice the brie. Slice the steak and bell peppers into strips and cook together. Slice the loaf of bread.
2. Grease the sheet pan with melted butter.
3. Place the bread slices on the greased pan so that they overlap.
4. In the first column, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each slice of bread and lay the 5 ham pieces on top.
5. Put a pineapple slice on each piece of bread and top with another slice of cheddar cheese.
6. Sprinkle half of the Monterey Jack cheese over the second column. Evenly spread the pulled chicken over the cheese, pour BBQ sauce over the chicken, and top with the rest of the cheese.
7. In the third column, place a fried egg on each bread slice.
8. Spread the avocado slices over the eggs and top with slices of brie.
9. In the last column, place a slice of mozzarella cheese on each slice of bread. Spread the steak and peppers over the bread slices and top with another slice of mozzarella on each slice of bread.
10. Place the remaining 12 slices of bread on top, again so that they are overlapping. Melt the second portion of butter and brush it over the bread.
11. Cover the pan with aluminum foil and cook for 20 minutes. If the bread still isn't golden brown after 20 minutes, cook for a few more minutes without the aluminum foil. If you want to make the sandwiches go even further, cut them into smaller pieces for a handy appetizer or finger food.
Look at that – 4 for the price of 1! Your guests will love the versatility, so just make sure you cook enough because everyone's going to want to try one of each.
