You'll Need:
Yin & Yang Egg:
- 2 eggs
- 5 oz red cabbage
- 1 lemon
Chinese Tea Eggs:
- 6 eggs
- 2 black tea bags
- 5 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 5 star anise pieces
- 1 tsp peppercorn
- 1 tsp sugar
Egg Pancakes:
- 4 egg yolks
- 2 egg whites
- greased pan
Heart Egg:
- 1 egg
- 1 milk carton, clean and empty
- 1 round straw
- 2 rubber bands
Here's How:
1. Yin & Yang Egg
1.1 Put the red cabbage in a sieve and use a spoon to push out the liquid into a bowl. Set the bowl with the liquid aside.
1.2 Separate an egg and put the egg white into a bowl. Set the egg yolk aside for now. Add a spoonful of the red cabbage juice to the egg whites and stir well for a purple liquid.
1.3 Separate another egg and add some red cabbage juice to the egg whites as well. Add the juice of half a lemon and stir it all together for a blue liquid.
1.4 Heat a pan and add some oil. Place both colored mixes side by side in the pan, place one egg yolk in the middle of each section, and cook for 4 minutes.
