1. Apple Version
1.1 Cut two apples into thin slices and place them in a bowl of lemon water for several minutes.
1.2 Roll out the yeast dough and place the apple slices on top in three rows. Be sure to leave a little distance to one of the edges. Next, mix the cinnamon and sugar together and sprinkle the mixture onto the apple slices.
1.3 Now lift the free edge of dough and place it on top of the first row of apple slices. Next, roll this covered row onto the next row of apple slices until everything is rolled up.
1.4 Cut the roll of dough into pieces.
1.5 Place each piece of filled dough in a greased Bundt cake tin. Insert an apple slice into the gaps and brush whisked egg onto everything.
1.6 After baking the cake at 350°F for 30 minutes, garnish with icing. It's now time to get tearing!

2.2 Cut the roll of dough into pieces.
2.3 Place the pieces of filled dough into a Bundt cake tin and brush whisked egg onto everything.
2.4 After baking everything at 350°F for 30 minutes, decorate your nut flower cake with chocolate icing. Doesn't it look irresistible?
