But there are only so many variations on the meat, rice, cheese, and bean-stuffed, deep-fried classic you can try before you start to get a little antsy. Thanks to these three creamy cheesecake chimichangas, you can restart the clock on chimichanga recipes and try something entirely new each time.

You'll Need:

For the base filling (for 4 tortillas):

- 6 oz cream cheese
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp lemon zest

For Version #1 – Strawberry Cheesecake Chimichangas:

- 2½ oz strawberries

For Version #2 – Nutella & Banana Chimichangas:

- 3 tbsp Nutella
- 1 banana

For Version #3 – Blueberry Cheesecake Chimichangas:

- 1½ oz caramel sauce
- 1 cup blueberries

For the cinnamon and sugar mixture:

- 2½ oz sugar
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
