Mashed Potato Pizza? Yes, Please!

Here's how to make our inventive Potato Pizza Roll. Don't forget to subscribe first!

You'll need:

- 3⅓ lb potatoes (boiled)
- 35 slices of pepperoni
- 7 oz flour
- 7 oz mozzarella (grated)
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp basil (dried)
- 1 tsp oregano (dried)
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper

Here's how:

1. Lay out the pepperoni slices on some baking parchment in a rectangular shape (5 rows of 7 slices).

2. Next, mix the boiled potatoes with the seasoning, eggs, and flour. Press down on the potatoes with a fork or a potato masher until you have a nice even mixture.

3. Carefully spoon the mashed potato onto the pepperoni slices and sprinkle mozzarella on top.

4. Now carefully roll up your pepperoni & potato rectangle with the help of the baking parchment. Be careful not to roll the baking parchment up with it though. It's best to place a second piece of baking parchment underneath first, so you can now place the Potato Pizza Roll onto a baking tray. Place the roll in a convection oven set to 360°F for 20 minutes.
