Justin Bieber Convinces Popsicle to Bring Back Double Pops
Back in May 2019, Justin Bieber tweeted at Popsicle about not being able to find “double stick popsicles.”
Talking with @scooterbraun and we just realized we can’t find double stick popsicles!! This is crazy. @Popsicle we need those back! Justin Bieber, via Twitter
Popsicle was quick to respond, offering to send Bieber and Braun a personal batch of the Double Pops.
Hey @justinbieber – you asked where are the @Popsicle Double Pops? Well, you better belieb we made a special batch just for you and @scooterbraun! They’re coming in hot… well, cold actually, because you know… Popsicle! Popsicle, via Twitter
The brand then issued a challenge, saying they would bring back the “Double Pop fun for everyone” if their tweet got 100,000 retweets.
The post hit the mark five days later, coincidentally on National Ice Cream Day, and Popsicle announced Double Pops would officially be coming back.
Fans now have three more days to vote on the flavor for the Double Pops, with cherry currently leading over banana, grape and orange.
