To defeat Jing ji here you will need the Hanguang, as soon as you lose health, use the sword to get the healing and then change back to your fists until the regen buff wears off.
You can use Lime Dust to blind him, but it is possible to beat him without it.
It is not recomended to use the sword all the time because then the buff will never wear off, and if you refill the regen in the turn that it wears off, you will actually heal twice, that and your fist have a chance to combo and you will deal more damage that way.
