As Antarctica's Ice Melts, Time To Prevent Global Destruction Is Running Out

Scientists have been worried for years about the melting ice sheets of Antarctica at Earth's southern pole.
Researchers ran simulations to predict how the Thwaites Glacier could degrade over the next 50 to 800 years.
According to CNN, the results showed the glacier was more in danger of becoming unstable that previously thought.
An unstable ice sheet is a frozen, ticking time bomb. Once this instability is triggered it's hard, if not impossible, to stop.
