Farting suspect gives himself away to police
CLAY COUNTY, MISSOURI / U.S — A wanted man in Missouri got himself caught by the law by farting loudly.
USA Today reported that the man, wanted for possession of a controlled substance, hid from police before farting so tremendously that he gave himself away.
Clay County Sheriff's department took to Twitter to share the story with #ItHappenend.
Jumping in on the fun, the official Twitter account of the City of Liberty said,
"The Liberty Police Department was surprised to see this incident slip out, which stinks for the arrestee."
And for those of holding your breath, don't worry, no one was injured in his capture.
