Bombil Kalvan or Bombay Duck Curry is an authentic Konkani recipe. A traditional Malvani fresh Bombay duck fish cooked in a spicy and tangy sauce using authentic Malvani spices.

Ingredients:
6-7 Bombay Duck
1 cup Coriander, Garlic, and Green Chilli Paste
1 tsp Mix Masala
½ tsp Turmeric Powder
Salt
2 tbsp Oil
7-8 Garlic Cloves (crushed)
1 cup Coconut Milk
5-6 Kokum

Method: Let’s Start with Bombay Duck in the bowl then add Coriander, Garlic, and Green Chilli Paste, Turmeric Powder, Salt (as per the taste) mix them all together properly
Next, heat up the Oil in the Kadai then add Garlic Cloves (crushed) let it fry for few moments and then add Bombay duck mixture into it.
Next, add Coconut Milk, Kokum and let it cook then add Coriander Leaves and let them cook again for 10 minutes
Next, after 10 minutes take it out in the Serving Plate then add Coriander leaves on top and your Bombil Kalwan is ready to serve.
