Indiabulls Housing Finance moves SC alleging blackmail through courts

In a span of two trading sessions, that Indiabulls Housing Finance Ltd (IHFL) stock has lost more than about 100 points after a writ petition was filed in the Supreme Court (SC) alleging that the promoters have siphoned off close to Rs 1 lakh crore from the company. Company has slammed the public interest litigation (PIL) against Indiabulls Housing Finance and they have alleged blackmailing.
