Canada's announced a ban on single-use plastics that are harmful to the country’s environment and the world’s oceans. Prime Minister - Justin Trudeau - said the ban on items such as straws, cutlery, bags, and cotton buds would come into effect in two years’ time. The move follows a similar European Union decision made in March. The BBC's Tim Allman reports.
