Cool morning to start day, warm highs

Good morning. A breezy start to Tuesday morning, lows are hovering in the low teens in Seoul, a lot cooler than what we saw lately. Highs will jump to near the seasonal average, which is the mid twenties. Monday's temperature difference was just couple notches between lows and highs, but it will be over 10 degrees today, so have a light jacket or cardigan with you.
Unlike the dark clouds we had all day on Monday, we'll be basking under plenty of sunshine across the country today with high to very high UV rays in store. Apply sunblock before heading out.
Taking a closer look at today's temperatures... a cool morning to start the day at 12 degrees in Seoul and Daejeon. Busan and Jeju a bit warmer at 16 degrees.
Lots of sun but good air quality will make a welcome return, and highs will be 2 to 5 degrees higher than yesterday, ranging between 22 and 26 degrees this afternoon.
