Man shoots caged monkey, for not saying 'baby sayang'

A father and son in Perak have been arrested after they shot a caged monkey, and recorded the brutal act on video.

Bukit Aman corporate communications chief Asmawati Ahmad said the men were nabbed by officers from the Manjung district police headquarters at their house in Taman Kenangan, Sitiawan, last night.

The man can be heard telling the monkey to say 'baby sayang' if it does not want to be shot.

He then counted to three, before shooting the monkey in the head.
