Even though James had killed Gentek’s Hydra, Phase Two still remains a mystery. Heller through the disguise as Viper 1 gets in contact with Rook and he instruct Heller to escort a Gentek researcher named Bellamy who is leaving to the Yellow Zone to the Green Zone.
After receiving the researcher’s location, Heller heads there to sabotage his convoy and kill Dr Bellamy before consuming the knowledge about Phase Two from his head.
