Now, during that same briefing... South Korea's national security advisor Chung Eui-yong also said that... he expects specific plans to be revealed soon... in regards to sending humanitarian food aid to North Korea.
When asked about the progress made amid the North's recent firing of short-range missiles,... Chung Eui-yong said the food aid issue should be approached from a humanitarian perspective.
Chung added,... the provision of food aid is something that's already been decided,... and that the presidential office is making various preparations on how to go ahead with the plan.
As for a potential fourth inter-Korean summit.... he said, the top office is looking into sending a special envoy to Pyeongyang to discuss such efforts.
