#NoFilter introduces Laurensa Serna Joldanero, a midwife and a barangay health worker who does exceptional work for the welfare of Mangyan tribes across Occidental Mindoro. Laurensa treks with other health workers for eight to 12 hours every week to provide basic healthcare to the residents of Sitio Lagnas and Brgy. Naibuan. The program then follows her as she rushes to a birthing clinic in Sitio Zigzag to attend to a woman who is about to give birth. Laurensa talks about being a mother, mentioning her children's take on her job, and looks back on the Dangal ng Bayan award that was granted to her by the Palace in 2018. Finally, she tells what keeps her going in her line of work and why she intends to keep her job as a barangay health worker.
