Government’s Office of the Tenant Advocate talk about the Maryland building explosion that left seven people dead and scores of mostly immigrant families without a home. The conversation focused on the causes of the tragedy, the rights of tenants, and the vital importance of increasing awareness of the dilapidated, often dangerous condition of many apartment buildings in local immigrant communities.
