Tenant Rights in the District of Columbia

Mr. Julio Guity-Guevara, Deputy Director from the D.C. Mayor’s Office on Latino Affairs, and Manuel Bolaños from the D.C. Office of the Tenant Advocate, provide Latino families with information on their rights as tenants in the nation’s capital, as well as on the steps they can take to demand housing inspections and improve their quality of life in the District.
