Cyclone Fani hits India's eastern coast, leaving 2 dead

The strongest tropical cyclone to make landfall in India in 20 years struck the country's eastern coast on Friday... leaving two dead.
The India Meteorological Department said Tropical Cyclone Fani hit the state of Odisha at around 8 a.m. local time..., with wind speeds reaching some 2-hundred kilometers per hour.
Around 1-point-2 million people have evacuated...and local news outlets are reporting heavy rain and cuts to power supplies in many parts of the state.
The cyclone is likely to weaken as it moves toward West Bengal.
