Seeing Isn't Always With The Eyes

We have featured Joy Ross and her guide dog Arabella before here on RTM, and now she's back and holding some adorable kittens — something she hasn't done since she was a little girl. Joy was diagnosed with a chronic degenerative eye condition called uveitis when she was just 3 years old, but she's able to identify the different kittens using her sense of touch. It is this way, Joy explains, that as a blind person she is still able to see things. The only one not excited about the kittens? Arabella!

You can follow Joy's journey on YouTube and Facebook.
