documents reveal that the State
will push for the death penalty. Prosecutors believe they
"can prove beyond a reasonable doubt" that
Melly is guilty and also a criminal gang member. The 19-year-old rapper has
pleaded not guilty. Florida is one of 30 states that allows
the death penalty for heinous crimes.
