Watt's Hospital, a symbol of failure

REPORT : Built after the 1965 riots in Watts, one of the toughest neighborhoods in Los Angeles, the Martin Luther King Hospital, nicknamed Killer King, has come to symbolise failure after a scandal in 2007.
