Mexican party cut short after gunmen kill 13

A Mexican pinata, colourful banners and a table prepared with food and drink give testimony to the party that was taking place when a group of unidentified gunmen opened fire at a party in the gang-plagues state of Veracruz, killing 13 people including a minor.
