"My wife and I had a time crunch to get an inspection done on a property we were purchasing for our move to Texas. Spencer Johns was willing to come out to the property the same day that we agreed to purchase the property. It is our first time through this process and Spencer did an amazing job walking us through what he was checking for and what things to be thinking about. Next time we purchase a property Spencer Johns is doing our inspection."
