New Jersey could have been the 11th state to legalize weed. But politicians in favor of legalization couldn’t get the necessary support. They canceled a vote on the measure in state Legislature recently. NJ has been battling over the issues for a year and half. And now they may not get a chance to vote again until November. But other states have had more success.
