Eastar Jet is suspending the use of its two Boeing 737 Max 8 planes... amid safety concerns after two crashes involving the same model in six months.
The planes will be grounded from today.
The low-cost airline promised to make every effort to minimize inconvenience to customers.
Eastar vowed to cooperate with South Korea's transport ministry to have the planes inspected before they fly again.

Another case involve Indonesian carrier Lion Air, when the same model crashed into the Java Sea last October.
