We decided to go the back road on our way camping in the Pecos, and stopped at Lamy, New Mexico. It was a scorching day, but I took some fun pictures and wanted to share them. There were people waiting for the train, and across the street is a restaurant and B & B. One of the old coaches has been turned into a restaurant right next to the station, but it wasn't open when we went through.
It's a tiny town, but it was fun and very scenic. I am putting some links below in case you'd like a little history about Lamy. It's quite fascinating!
