Freezing weather turns Portland waterfall into enchanting icy grotto

Winter weather almost freezes a waterfall in Portland turning the Columbia River Gorge into a magical icy setting, almost out of a fairytale.

The clip, filmed on March 5, shows the Horsetail falls in Oregon completely frozen over due to the sub-zero temperatures and snow.

The filmer, Clifford Paguio, told Newsflare: “It’s below freezing in Columbia Gorge for the past few days so most of the waterfalls are frozen now.”
