Congress leaders Mallikarjun Kharge, Ghulam Nabi Azad, Kapil Sibal and Arunachal CM Nabam Tuki meet the President, submit a memorandum.
The political crisis began on 16 December 2015 after 21 rebel Congress MLAs joined hands with 11 BJP MLAs and two independents to ‘impeach’ Assembly Speaker Nabam Rebia.
