Bengaluru playwright gets threat call from right-wing group

Two days ago, city-based playwright Abhishek Majumdar was surprised to get an Internet call, one he was unlikely to forget for a while.

The person on the other end, who claimed to be associated with right-wing group Hanuman Sena, objected to the staging of Mr. Majumdar’s play Dweepa at the recently concluded Ranga Shankara Theatre Festival.
