DU vice chancellor Dinesh Singh once again just a few weeks before his retirement is due, the HRD ministry has written to the president demanding Singh be put on 'compulsory wait'.
On the ground that he broke rules in nominating an honorary professor of the university to the search-cum-selection panel.
