BLock offensive tweets: SP government to Twitter India

Unsecured WiFi connection hacked to send hate Tweets and Trolls. UP government has written to Twitter India asking them to block tweets which are offensive. For the first time, UP government say extensive planning has been used to spread hate campaign. Someone hacked into an unsecured WiFi to gain access and post tweets.
