Indrani Mukerjea Suicide: Was it a Suicide attempt?

The most startling twist yet in the Indrani saga chief-accused in the Sheena murder case was hospitalised yesterday after she overdosed on sedatives at 2 pm on friday. Indrani was found unconscious and was rushed to the JJ hospital.
Her condition is now reported to be serious but stable. The doctors conducted a brain MRI and blood tests on Indrani and also pumped her stomach and have sent the samples for forensic testing.
