Acid flung at college student's face by a fellow student in Alipurduar, West Bengal

Yet another acid attack ruins a young girl's life. A 1st year college student in Alipurduar in West Bengal, was attacked with acid. It was flung at her face while she was walking back home from college. The accused assaulter, Abhi Saha, is a fellow student of the victim and is now on the run. He allegedly used to harass the girl regularly and professed his feelings on a number of occasions. But was always rebuffed by the girl. The victim is currently being treated for severe burns.
