Protectors turned predators in Karnataka, caned women in full public view

In a shocking incident in Karnataka's Belgaum, the cops went on a caning spree. Women suspected of involvement in flesh trade were physically assaulted by police officers in broad daylight. Police officers retorted to violence in Belgaum's Ganesh Gully after local residents lodged a complaint of increasing activities of flesh trade in the neighbourhood.
