Was there resentment against Rakesh Maria for undue interest in Sheena Bora murder case?

22 days before he was set to demit office, Mumbai top cop Rakesh Maria has been promoted to the post of DG Home Guard. The unexpected development has raised eyebrows as Maria's last assignment was 2015's biggest murder mystery, the Sheena Bora Case, to most the questions that begs answer is the urgency shown by the government in moving Maria out. Meanwhile taking charge, the new Mumbai top cop Ahmed Javed claimed the Maria's promotion won't affect the Sheena Murder probe.
