Commonwealth meet shifted to New York as Pakistan refuses to invite J&K speaker

Just 48 hours before NSA level talks - it's the biggest diplomatic setback to Pakistan. Islamabad finds itself totally isolated after the commonwealth delivered it's biggest snub yet to that country by ordering a shift of the scheduled speaker's conference. Pakistan had refused an invitation to the speaker of Jammu & Kashmir - a move the commonwealth comity has come down heavily on.
