AAP Launches the 'Garbag' front against BJPand demanded Rs 22,00 crores for clean up .The Capital is one of the dirtiest Indian cities with rampant open defecation and poor waste management facilities, a government survey said on Saturday, indicating that Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s Swachh Bharat mission might not have had a big impact in Delhi.
