Congress has failed the people of Amethi, says Smriti Irani

Union Human Resource Development Minister Smriti Irani on Tuesday said that Congress had failed the people of Amethi.
She was addressing a rally in Amethi, the constituency of Congress vice president Rahul Gandhi, to highlight the NDA government's achievements on completion of its one year.
