Assam Congress MLA Rumi Nath detained for alleged links with car theft racket kingpin

Assam Congress legislator Rumi Nath was on Tuesday picked up from her official residence by the Guwahati police in connection with car theft case.

According to reports, the Congress MLA was detained for alleged links to Anil Chauhan, who is the kingpin of an auto theft racket that operates in Mumbai and Delhi.
