Syed Altaf Bukhari backs separatists call for shutdown

PDP has given yet another proof of its treachery. while the separatists have brought the valley to a standstill through shutdown call, a PDP Minister has now sought to legitmise the unconstitutional bandh by calling the shutdown part of Kashmir's composite culture. Instead of condemning the call, Syed Altaf Bukhari, Minister for Roads and Buildings, has given his govt's approval for the bandh. This makes us question: who is actually ruling the state of Jammu and Kashmir?
