Punganaru civic body recover dues by dumping garbage at defaulter's house

Unable to bear the social sigma of a local civic body dumping garbage in front of his house. A man commits suicide in Andhra Pradesh. Punganaru civic body officials of Chitoor were pressuring a man for property tax dues and had dumped garbage in front of his house. Unable to bear the humiliation, the man committed suicide on Sunday. The municipal staff placed a garbage-laden tractor in front of the house and publicly announced about auctioning valuables to recover the outstanding tax of Rs 4 lakhs.
