Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah paid tribute to late IAS officer Doddakoppalu Kariyanna Ravi, known as DK Ravi, at Victoria hospital, Bengaluru.
The CM has also expressed his deep condolences to his family and friends, and asked senior police officers for a detailed and speedy investigation on the case.
