Riyaz Bhatkal close to Afgan Taliban

As the background of those who attacked the Indian consulate in Herat on Friday is still being probed, news filtered in on Saturday that dreaded Indian Mujahideen terrorist Riyaz Bhatkal is in Afghanistan. Bhatkal is allegedly involved in several bomb blasts across India and accused of masterminding and executing the twin blasts at Lumbini Park and Gokul Chat Bhandar in Hyderabad in 2007 and at another place, Dilsukhnagar, in 2013.
